piggio nrg3 indictors to fast?

any one know why the indicators on my nrg3 flash very quickly when the engine is reved up...generator and regulator and battery have already been changed as battery was over charging..any thoughts....ta

the indicator relay is part of the regulator so providing you have the correct bulbs in the indicators 12 v 10 watt it has to be the regulator mate ,i have been down this road before alot of them are faulty try another regulator on it ok adam
