very noisy white knight cl767 tumble dryer?

i have a cl767 condensor tumble dryer which is making a very loud vibrating noise when its working. It does not sound like bearings rumbling, it sounds and feels as if its a much higher revving sound. it still seems to be working o.k. apart from that
has anyone got any ideas as to what it could be causing the noise and how to fix it?
thanks !

your answer would be most likely 2 things fluffed up fans causing them to spin off center or the fan on the back has come lose or the shaft that it spins on is off center.

You will find that it is very simply the fan which blows the hot air around has come loose. It is held onto the motor with a small bolt and this works loose. remove the cover from the rear and you will see it on the bottom left.

I had the same problem about a year ago-----there was not a bearing to be found----------the drum rollers had bushings on them (metal on plastic)-----the first sign befor the bering sound-----------hope this helps...
