where is the fuse for cigarette lighter on 02 renault clio?

wherecan i find the fuse for the cigarette lighter - none of the fuses in the fuse box indicate that they are for the lighter and they all look OK

I have the same issue, there are other fuses under the bonnet to the right of the battery, under a black plastic cover. Does anyone know that the cigarette lighter could be one of these?
