My Creda Reflection oven does not heat up all of a sudden. The oven light does not come on either. The fan works. How do I diagnose the fault - is it the element or the control unit?

My name is Jo and I work for a appliance repair company. I have just put your question to one of our engineers and he suggests you check that your clock timer is set up correctly and if this is ok then your fault is probebly with your thermostate safty cut out.
