my washing machine has stopped working! all the lights are flashing and and nothing is happening when i turn the switch. can anyone help??

Turn the dial to the program it was last on when it stopped working. Press and hold both the prewash and soaking buttons and the lights should flash. Release the soaking button and the lights should flash again, release the prewash button and this should re-set the machine. Turn the machine off. It should be working fine when you turn it back on.
