Fridge internal drain hole at rear going on to compressor icing up?

Have a 'Fridgemaster' fridge ( not a fridgefreezer ) which is
a built-in unit and as I am pensioner with severe arthritus
find it very difficult to pull out and put back the unit.
Problem is the freezing up of the drain hole over the
compressor. Have to resort to pushing a small diameter
knitting needle into the hole to free-up the ice at least 6
times each day. If I don't it freezes up.
All advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

P.S. Sorry do not have any details/information of the
fridge.

use a bike pump and some blue tac to help seal around drain hole and see if it is blocked further down than your needle can reach.bike pump may just clear it ,if it is blocked
