how can i stop 2001 ford transit from screatching?

i have a 2.4 330 transit witch when on full lock(steering) makes an awul screatching noise

is may be just a loose belt slipping on the power steering pump. check the belts for slack and adjust

It's a ramp and subjack job so take it to your local garage.
It might be serious enough to cause the stub axle to break.
