I am trying to re-program a Sharp ER-A570 and am having trouble with the PLU assigning to a specific key. My keyboard starts out at #1 being the key below the receipt feed instead of the lower left corner. Am I missing something? Bob ah79@aol.com 314-494-0343

Hi.
This is a fully configurable keyboard, so PLUs can be all over it. If you program PLU 1 and it appears under receipt then that is where PLU 1 is on the keyboard. You can look them up by their code if you like. You need to find the button marked 'PLU'. Then press 1 on the numeric pad and the PLU button. This will call up PLU 1, so you can recall them by number or press the PLU on the keyboard.
