Thanks for the help. It worked for the tax. But here comes something else
1)After I program the tax, PLU code (I used 1,2,3,4,5,11,12,15), group (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,10), and the description, I turned the key to Reg mode for testing use. Only PLU 1, PLU 3 works after I enter a price. All the others came out E1 error? any idea for that?

2)the Description (store name) was not printed out even I programmmed it.

3)The print on the receipt side has double space between lines? Can I program it? Or it is a problem of the wheel.

4)How to backup the system after all setup?

Did you program a price for the PLUs that don't work? They must have a price programmed into them, or set them to open price. Have you linked them all to a department?

It sounds like all of your other problems are caused by missing system options. I told you it would be bad. Now you will have to learn how to set the options.
Find a part of the manual with tables called system options.
Look down these to find the things you need to change. It will tell you what number to program for that option. You must add the numbers together to enter the figure for status. give it a try.
This is the most technical programming area which is setup by dealers, so if you can't work it out, then I would get a SAMSUNG dealer to work on it. They will also be able to backup the program for you.
