Creda Europa Solar plus. I am having trouble with the timer setting?

I don't seem to be able to get the oven timer off of the auto. I have just got this oven but it didn't have a manual with it. I would just like to be able to set the time and not have to worry about there being a power cut and having to try and sort the timer again.

Have you tried minute minder and cook time buttons?.... press both together for 8 seconds then press + that should set clock at 12:00 then + or - as necessary.
