how to unblock a car radiator?

We had small holes in radiator - recommended to use Wymns - failed and have now got a radiator which has a block as no water can get into pipes - how can we unblock

Sounds as if you need the services of a radiator reconditioner. May be as cheap to buy a new rad. Certainly less hassle.
