It is impossible to hide a crack in the mirror. Rather you can apply Elfy(a binding liquid). But after that you have to avoid going very near to it. At least keep it one foot apart. Because our eyes are very sensitive to Elfy. There may be irritation in the eyes.
So the best possible suggestion is that always try to buy framed mirrors.
