Most sliding doors stick because either the wheels are loose or set incorrectly. First try lubricating with silicone spray. Do not use WD40 as this will shorten the life of the wheels. Next look for any adjustment screws. It is best to work at the bottom first as you do not want the door to fall off. If you have the make I can advise you where the adjustment is.
