Does the machine go through the motions of trying to dry? If so, it sounds like the over heat thermister has tripped. This can be reset with a pin. Remove the rear plastic gaurd (2 screws) and then the large ovalish pannel. Then remove the Heating matrix (2 smallish screws). you will see 3 thermisters, one of which has a small hole in the rear. Press a pin into this hole, and if you hear/feel a click, its re-set. If not, your problem lies else where.....
