How do you adjust the headlight beams on a 2004 Nissan Micra?

LHS beam is significantly lower than the RHS. How do you adjust?

Plastic adjusting screws on rear of headlight housing - access from inside engine compartment - i.e. have to lift bonnet. You need beam setting equipment to do it completely correctly but you should be able to get it near enough.
