Remove the side panels, then the cooling impeller cover using a small blade screwdriver to lift the cover locking tabs. Next the cooling impeller. Now remove the rear bearing. Take the heater unit out and remove the recirculating impeller
Remove the 3 hex head screws behind the recirculating impeller securing the motor to the rear of the base moulding and rotate the motor towards centre of the dryer.
Remove the 2 screws securing the rear panel to the side strut.and take out the 2 screws holding the water container housing to the rear panel.
Remove the hose spigot from the container housing by rotating 90°. Now pull the rear panel backward to disengage the drum shaft from the drum rear panel.
Fit the belt by first positioning it over jockey wheel then slide it up and over the drum.
It will be necessary to use a pair of pliers as a lever on the motor casing to enable it to be rotated under tension to line up the holes in rear moulding with the fixing holes on the motor casing, refit the 3 hex. head screws.
Replace in reverse order.
