I have no intention of explaining how to unlock a PC on an open forum and I hope that no one else will either as it only increases the likelihood that more Laptops will be stolen.
Take it to a computer shop with proof of Ownership and ID and they will able to unlock it for you.
However I should tell you that TP380s are out of the ark and so if you do not have valuable data on it you may as well scrap it.
