i recently left the grill door closed on my hygena classic oven and from then on it stopped working. after looking at your website, i found i had to open up th e cooker and press the red reset buton. Thanks for that advice. However, although the grill works fine, the oven does not work at all. no gas, no light, no sounds when trying to ignite it. Is there 2 reset buttons?

Hi adam, I am glad the grill now works.No, there is only the one reset toc.Have you reset the clock? the main oven oven will only work when it is off auto and been set.Is there a small A flashing.If so, its on auto.If all seems well, I think you will need an engineer as it will be electriacl. All the best.
