well i can help u i repaired a lot of these, you take 2 cure tip or stick that fits inside the back of the 360 where the fans are located, so wath you want to do is block the 2 fans with the stick but watch out so the part that is going inside is cleaned, you turn on ur 360 and wait till you get 2 red lights and then tou take of ur power cable, you plug it back in and should work, this process take about 5min, sometimes less, sometimes more, i never take off my av cable when i do this, some people say that you should take it off when u do it but i didnt and nothing hapened, and also when i did this for first time, was about 2-3 days ago i needed to repair it all the days once or twice but since 1 day i didnt need to repair it again and i played a lot with it maybe like 2 hours, 30min of cool down and after 2hours, 30min cool down so yeah maybe i fixed it for ever, let me know if it worked or not
