That has happened to me. I got my pink GHDS for christmas 2 days ago, and the writing seems to has smodged and some of it has chipped off. My mum thinks its the heat that makes it melt or something.
ARGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!! ANNOYED!!!!!!!

yes go to ebay and user name: javaid06 fixes and repairs them for 14.00 pounds only takes 3-4 days all faults covered best service i have seen for ghds
