Vauxhall Corsa Dashboard light - what does it mean?

On the dashboard of my P reg vauxhall corsa Merit 1.2 this orange warning light keeps coming on it looks a little bit like a helicoptor (but my stepdad says it looks like an engine) with lightening through the middle of it - what does this mean? Am i safe to keep driving my car?

same light on my dash-management light- the car runs fine no problems i leave it till it starts showing me any problems

is your car tick over to high if so you may need to check gasket between carb/manifold

it sounds like the engine management light, it could mean nothing but best to go to a local garage with diagnostic computer just to be sure.
