you look for 4 small silver plugs with small black lead on them there should be 4 in a row .mite be on top off the head or on the side it a simply job ask you parts place of the make or the van and model as for glow plugs and then look and change them one at a time with a long socket their should be easy to reach and change but you must only change one at a time
