what does 4 bar with red flashing light mean?

I have a glow worm 38cxi bioler system which has just stopped working??On the front there is a flasing red light and in the screen below it is flashing 4 bar,,the boiler wont fire up to heat the water,,anyone any ideas

dont quote me but if the heating is at 4 bar the water pressure in the heating system is far to high
