I have a Brother G-Carriage KG88II/89II which seems to be faulty and needs the attention of a engineer.

If you contact Brother at Manchester they will send an engineer out or give you the address of a shop or store to take it to, if you have a John Lewis store you can take it there for repair, the engineer will call there.
