help i let a friend use my cleaner and now it wont work the brushes are not turning the water is not flowing out and there is no suction when i put it on floor if i put it on tools it has suction please help thanks

check to see if you have put the switch on attachment rather than floor

check to see if your belts are broken. just open the little compartment on side of the machine where the flow indicator is with a flat head screwdriver.If you have to check the brush belt just tip the machine over, take out water tank first, and check it from the bottom. its on the same side as the other belt.
