How can I fix my Neff double fan oven cooker?

The larger bottom fan assisted oven 'trips' the electrics when used - doesn't seem to be any particular trigger, i.e certain temperature e.t.c

Thanks Paul.

Where are these studs/screws located and are they easily replaceable by someone with no knowledge!!!???

Kate, December 2005
kate & andrew its your oven elements ther are 2 one has a stud & screw or just screws.

if you open the bottom door there should be a sticker with an enr number and an fd number.

the call out for repair is astronomical and having googled neff complaints on my model, i feel a watchdog moment coming on.

only works if your in the uk,

Hi Andrew

I don't know the model & don't have an instruction book, as the cooker was there when I moved in 3.5 years ago - so it's at least that old. Let me know if you find anything out.

What model have you got, because mine has started doing the same and is only just 2 years old.
