Hotpoint Aquarius tumble dryer?

Hi
The dry was working fine and then we moved it, now the heat is the same on hot and on the low setting, it never gets hot enough, washing was in it for 8 hours and still not dry, can you help please?

if you are getting some heat then sounds like one of the thermostats has gone, probably the high temp one.
