hygena concord deluxe single gas oven model apl 0121 heat fault?

Burner ignites but unable to regulate flame, could this be the thermostat if so where can i purchase parts?

The short answer is you cannot. If the burner is full on all the time the stat is gone but unless you are a gas engineer I would advise against tampering with it and most spares agents will only supply you if you are Corgi registered.
