3.5tn recovery spec iveco?

we have a problem we replaced the master cylinder along with a new servo because the brake pedal was creeping down when braking having replaced the 2 parts mentioned we also bled the brakes,check the calipers on all the system every thing ok but pedal still creeping down when braking any body any ideas plz thanks

i take it that brake fluid level is not going down, if it has abs,i think you have to bleed it linked to main agents diagnostics-to enable abs valves to operate whilst bleeding. also how does pedal feel when servo is empty of vacuum i.e. engine off ,pedal pumped till vac exhausted.
