how can i fix my piaggio nrg mc3 dt 53 plate?

when i ride my piaggio nrg i can only open the revs quater the way and it only does 15mph tops and if i open the revs any further it starts killing the engine.spark plug is fine iv cleaned the carb and changed airfilter, petrol and oil and i have tried the air screw and idle screw but nothing helps. wot can i do?

on my piaggio nrg mc3 i put a stage 6 racing clutch and droppler mid race exhaust and heavier rollers and it hit 65 70 and very quick gettin there but now it just starts and barly moves it only hits 10mph now wot do u think is the matter

Mines only just started doing it and its really pissing me off cuz i used to get 50-55 mph plus
