I was downloading songs from my computer to my phone using the lead provided in the instruction booklet it says before removing the lead click on safely remove hardware on the screen of your computer after doing this my screen on my phone froze in a blue colour, i took out the battery and put it back in then turned on my phone, this continued to happen. please help. what could possibly be wrong and does anyone know how to sort it out

Hi, The main firmware has become corupted and needs reloading, you cant do this yourself as sony ericsson only does this themselfs and people like me who used to do the repairs who kept a copy of the files needed, if you would like it doing for a very low price, email me at a.rich@gmx.co.uk and i'll sort you out.
