Why is my dryer not drying my clothes correctly?

I have a General Electric Model nwsr483eboww. Not sure if there is something else to it. But it's not drying my clothes correctly. It gets the smaller stuff, but the larger stuff is always left damp. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Mine was doing the same thing. Repair man said it was the heating cell. May be expensive.
