ive got a baxi bermuda back boiler thats approx 12yrs old, its serviced regularly and in good workin order. problem is over the last few days im suddenly not gettin any hot water.. its lukes warm if it gets warm at all - all the radiators are working and all get hot but not the water - any suggestions??

also check the feeder tank in the loft isnt dry.

Sounds like the boiler hasnt been serviced correctly to me.These soot up if they are not done properly.Check the boiler flames arent white in colour.

check the pipes to the hotwater tank.there is usually a motorised valve there and it might be stuck shut. you can override it manually
