My 97 wave venture will not turn over. Ran fine last time out a month ago. Need to winterize but no fire. No noise at all. Battery is fully charged. Connections good. Even tried to boost. Checked the fuse under cap on electronics box under seat. Messed with start, stop kill buttons. Any ideas?

try arcing the live connection on the starter motor to see if it turns over, if it does then there is a problem with the start stop. if not then it sounds like a elec problem
