i need to find the fuse for my cigar lighter as it's blown?

I have a Mondeo 1.8 Diesel T reg and i am not sure where the fuse is I have looked in the fuse box under the bonnet but can't see it there so is it somewhere else?

Hi Laura, it's fuse # 27 15amp in the fuse box behind the dash on the passenger side
