how do you remove the outside passenger door handle on a 2000 ford fiesta? i cannot remember how to get at the second screw, the one behind the window runner.

You have to remove the security panel over the lock assembly two large phillips screws one on the bottom edge of the door and the other above the three screws that hold the latch in place then with a bit of juggling it will come out it's also part of the window track
