This Isnt too dificult, but basicly involves stripping the whole machine down. Be methodicle and take note of where wires conect to and how there routed. It may help to use a digital camera to take pictures every other stage, that way if your not sure when it comes to putting it all back together, you have some referance points.
Remove top, back and side pannels. Remove the small drive pin from rear (this is best re-newed upon re-assembly), pull off the bearing coller and undo the screw and remove the tear-drop bearing. Remove the Water container and front pannel(make a note of the wiring conectors and mark the hole that the ribon passes through). Remove front (3 screws at the bottom and 2 at the top I think). Again, make a note of wires/conectors. Ease the drum forward and then ease the belt (if its still conected) backwards and over the rear of the drum. The belt shoud be routed so that looking at the front of the machine, in a clockwise direction, it goes round the drum then down and around the drive spindle, then arround the tensioning wheel befor going back to the drum.
The re-assamble.
