Yep, it is due to an under-rated Heater Relay. It is only rated to 6A_240V. With the 2100W heater unit in my model, no wonder the relay failed.

I had same problem.
Service confirmed pcb was the problem and I would have to replace.
I removed pcb and on reverse of board behind heat relay (which is like a little black box) there was a small solder popped.
I redid the solder and is now working fine.

check the pcb as they have a tencancy to blow the pcb track near the heater relay
