my indesit 1062 ecosence washing machine keeps filling up?

my washing machine keeps filling up even when i turn the hot and cold taps at the back where the flexi pipes screw onto the small taps off,HELP PLEASE,,,

You must have a problem with the taps - turning them off should totally cut off the water. Call a plumber.

The washing machine itself must have a faulty inlet solenoid valve. Replace it when the the taps are sorted.
