The dishwasher will not fill and run a full cycle? when switched on the pump runs continually but does not pump any water out?

I have blown down the drain pipe and the line is clear?

Any suggestions please???

The base is probably filled with water which has activated the safety float switch. This causes the drain pump to operate continuously.

Try tipping the machine backwards 45 degrees and see if any water appears - have a towel ready!

If there is water coming out you will need to find the reason why it got there.
