Triton T80si - no pressure when hot?

Hi

Just purchased and fitted a new Triton T80si Electric shower. Pressure is fine when the tempreture control is set to cold, but when you turn it, hot all pressure is lost (may as well be a dripping tap), although the heat is there..

Any Ideas?

Cheers

find out if the water pressure coming into the house is high enough find stop tap and see if it can turn a bit more this might solve the problem if not ask a plumber for advice hope it works

Thanks for the reply Andy..

The unit is actually replacing another T80si (like for like). The element went in the old unit and there were no issues with pressure.

Cheers

Check that it's manufactured to work with your water pressure. i.e mains or gravity fed, etc...many people buy an appliance, as such, because it's cheap or nice to look at and seldom check correct siutability.
Please let me know you get on?
