Hot water problems Vokera Compact 28?

I have a Vokera Compact 28. The hot water keeps on going cold. When running the hot water tap the boiler keeps firing up then shuts down then firing up again.It also sometimes locks out. Any ideas??

I agree with the NCT. A Vokera engineer replaced this and also adjusted the gas and pressure settings to the correct level.
