Tricity Bendix Grill ignition problem?

My Tricity Bendix Oven/Grill has an odd problem. The oven lights fine and the grille lights OK but even with the door open, the ignition keeps clicking after it has lit the grill. It's annoying. I've buzzed out all microswitches and they're fine. Could it be a problem with the ignition unit?

The reason the igniter keeps clicking is the the flame/gas mixture is wandering off the igniter terminal. The circuit detects the loss of a gas mixture and fires the spark circuit

There is not a lot you can do, I have a Moffat oven and grill and that has done what you describe since new.
