I have a ravenheat c85t condensing combi which appears to work fine apart from the oddity that after a few minutes on heating (hw and ch) the steam plume from the vent stops. There is no problem with not getting hot water or the rads getting hot. It is nearly 5 yrs old and given very good service. My neighbours one (albeit a different make) continues to plume continuously.
