Remove/replace pump?

How do I get the pump off a frigidaire model number fwx645lbs2? I took off the 2 clips and hoses and tried to pop the pump off but could not and didn't want to force it too much. This is a pump on the top of the motor that leaks. I checked the hoses good and didn't find any cracks. I assume there is a seal gone because it leaks slowly while not running but more when it is operated.
Thx

Are you trying to separate pump from its motor? See what the spare looks like - maybe it comes as motor+pump? I have replaced the pump (pump assembly) twice on my machine (AEG OKO_Lavamat 625 Sensotronic) and the spare part comes as an assembly: pump motor together with plastic pump body. In my machine it is the plastic pump body which cracks and slowly leaks due to vibration and temperature. But you replace the whole thing. For some appliances it is impossible to buy the pump separately. It always comes with the motor. I had the same problem with the dishwasher. I don't know what your machine is build like. DISCONNECT FROM MAINS! Despite that there might be charged condensers which can give you a SHOCK. DON'T BLAME ME IF YOU GET INJURED. In mine you have to remove the knobs, top plastic pannel, next remove large front pannel and the pump assembly is on the left close to the front (don't even try to acces from the back, that was my first try!). Open filter on the left - drain water through filter - flat receptacle + towel. The pump + motor hangs on two hoses - take them off, catch water with towel. The part is sitting push fit in the "floor" of the machine - two short legs. Just lift it up. Disconnect cables. Have a look and order the same part - double check with supplier. Clean soapy deposits from hoses with a small spoon. Push fit the new part in. Attach hoses. The tricky bit of the job was removing large wire ring retaining the gray rubber collar around port hole in order to take the front pannel off. It is even trickier to put it back. Pulling the retaining wire ends together in order to put the spring on the ends took a while. I had the wrong tools to do it. Used various electrical pliers with thin round ends, and thin screwdrivers. Eventually used a temporary tie to hold the ends of the wire circle close. To do a clean job get advice and buy/borrow pliers for handling springs. Eventually don't forget to check for leaks. Good luck.
