diplomat apm 8513/2 intergrated?

washer when filling fills in short bursts
pump is making noise constantly as though trying to empty machine
AND tried to just at least spin the clothes already in machine dry can't do that either
have not got a service manual so just guessing but is it the board and is it worth repair or new machine
