take the kidney shaped back panel off and you will see the element.because the wires go through the back panel you have to remove it to gain access.the wiring has to be cut and then the new one can be fitted with new wires and connector that comes with the new element.2 stats on back panel and 1 in front ducting so be sure it is an element fault as stats do fail giving no heat!
