fiat punto sporting 2002.having problem starting car in cold weather.had new battery and starter motor this year.in cold weather seems to have no power in battery and clock goes to zero when turning engine over.car went in to the garage battery charged and left all week.when put on test no fault showing up.had same problem today not starting first time.did start 2nd time.

If battery and starter checks ok it might be a loose or corroded cable or loose wiring in system causing a ampere draw
