how to fix the drum that is not rotating?

The dryer is still blowing hot air but the drum is not rotating. How do I fit a new belt to the drum

You place the belt around the drum and unto the motor . Then you pull a pully near the motor towards you and it causes tension to fit the belt snug on to the drum.
