How do I remove the pump on Fisher Paykel Smart Drive 501?

The washing machine was purchased in 1996. The pump is accessible through a small hole in the RH side of the machine. I need some tips on how to remove the pump to clean it out.

Turn power off & remove wall plug. Reach through the small opening for the pump & on the far side you will find the wiring plug. Remove it from the pump & also the earth wire. Then on the right hand side of the pump mounting bracket you will find a small white plastic clip. Gently hold it out a little bit & turn the pump anti clockwise until it drops out of the mounting bracket. Reverse in same order. Make sure pump starts off with the wiring plug facing right hand cabinet wall. Push up into place & turn clockwise until you hear clip drop into place with a click. Reattach wire plug & earth wire. Dry off wires & pump then power on.
